Installation

1. Download and save the file into an empty folder.
2. Run the executable file to unpack the download files.
3. Install the unpacked software referring readme.txt.

1. When Fax Phonebook Tool version 5.0.2 is used to create or edit group data, extra unintended data may be added at the end of the group data. In this case, check the recipients for the groups that were already created and whether incorrect recipients have been registered. Refer to "5. Checking Group Recipients" on how to check the group recipients.
2. Unintended data may be added to the end of the group data for the fax phonebook CSV file that is exported by using Fax Phonebook Tool version 5.0.2. Recheck all group data in the file when using the tool.
3. Some devices may require options that support "Fax", "Printer" or "Direct Fax" function in order to use Fax Phonebook Tool. In some cases, you may have to expand memory or other options.
