商品同梱CD“ドライバーCDキット”を用いてプリンタードライバーをインストールされるお客様へ

【はじめに】
商品に同梱している“ドライバーCDキット”を用いてプリンタードライバーをインストールされる際に、図1のエラーメッセージが表示され、ドライバーインストールツールが起動されない場合があります。この現象によりプリンタードライバーをインストールできない場合には、以下の【対処方法】に沿ってご対応くださいますようお願いいたします。

【発生条件】
以下の条件を全て満たす場合に、ドライバーインストールツールが起動されない場合があります。
- 【対処方法】にある表1に記載のMicrosoft® Windows® OSを使用。
- インストールしようとしているコンピューターにネットワークケーブルが接続されていない。または、ネットワークケーブルは接続されているが、ネットワークと論理的に接続されていない。
- ドライバーCDキットのインストールメニュー（図2）の［トップページ］タブにある、［プリンタードライバーのインストール］を実行する。

以下の[対処方法 1]、または[対処方法 2]を実施してください。

コンピューターを物理的かつ論理的にネットワークに接続し、ドライバーCDキットからの［プリンタードライバーのインストール］を実行してください。 - [対処方法 2]
Windows® の「プリンタの追加」から、［ディスク使用］をクリックして、ドライバーCDキット（CD-ROM）内のドライバーが格納されているフォルダー（表1参照）を指定して、ドライバーをインストールしてください。
