Fuji Xerox's monochrome and color laser printers were ranked highest in customer satisfaction (in Japan) among business users, four years in a row, based on a printer satisfaction study conducted by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc., a global marketing information firm.
This was the sixth study conducted by J.D. Power Asia Pacific for office laser printers and digital multifunction machines used as network printers. The survey was conducted from September to October 2002, and the survey was based on 2,571 responses from business users.
Fuji Xerox achieved high overall evaluations, not only for its product features but also for its human factors, including sales and maintenance support services.
Fuji Xerox believes that user's interest is shifting from a focus on product features to overall support and services that meet user's business style, or to reducing the total life cycle cost such as maintenance and consumable fees. Fuji Xerox will continue to strengthen its activities for higher customer satisfaction.
