Fuji Xerox has developed a series of Web integrated information management systems, ArcSuite Office 2.0, for general office work, and ArcSuite Engineering 2.0 for technical development work. These systems will be launched on January 12.

In ArcSuite 2.0, a new workflow function has been added that enables efficient recording of the exchanges among multiple numbers of staff through a network, and the pursuit of creativity and know-how that is difficult to comprehend based solely on business outcomes.
Since workflow systems are managed based on strict rules, making changes to systems in order to synchronize with the reorganization or reexamination of an operating function, which is frequently required, becomes a major task. ArcSuite 2.0 provides a setup of the standardized working process and also enables easy cooperation with a collaboration function supporting unrestricted information exchange, and allows flexible, and highly effective workflows.
Furthermore, an additional function of the classification view enables flexible revision of the management system and hierarchical structure of a document according to management method and usage as needed, so managing a document with various interpretations or viewpoints is possible.
