| Fuji Xerox announced today that at its
Meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 30, 2005, it
unofficially accepted Hideaki Takahashi, deputy president
and representative director's resignation from his current
position at the end of his term on June 24, 2005. |
| The decision will be finalized at its General
Meeting of Shareholders and the Meeting of the Board of Directors
on June 24, 2005. |
