announced today that at its Meeting of the Board of Directors
held on February 22, 2006, it unofficially decided that Yotaro
Kobayashi, Chairman of the Board and Director, will retire
from his office as of March 31, 2006 and be appointed as Chief
Corporate Advisor, Fuji Xerox on April 1, 2006. |
