Customer Satisfaction Survey

Earned High Evaluation in Its Products, Sales Response and Maintenance Service



TOKYO, August 29, 2006 — Fuji Xerox's color multifunction devices were ranked highest for four consecutive years in customer satisfaction in Japan among business users, based on the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2006 Japan Copier/Multifunction Product Customer Satisfaction StudySM, which was released on August 11 by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc., a global marketing information firm.

According to the survey, Fuji Xerox especially earned high evaluation in the product factor, which has a great impact on overall customer satisfaction. In addition, there was an improvement in the human elements such as sales response and maintenance service factors resulting in Fuji Xerox receiving the highest evaluation among all companies in the survey.

Fuji Xerox aims to provide products and support that meet industry-leading evaluation, increase customers' operational efficiency, as well as provide services that will assist its customers in solving their management issues. Accordingly, Fuji Xerox will continue its activities aimed at increasing customer satisfaction in its product and service offerings.

J.D. Power Asia Pacific has been conducting this survey since 1993, targeting business entities in Japan with 30-99 employees. The 2006 survey was conducted in May and received 3,395 responses.
