Fuji Xerox Announces the Dissolution of Subsidiary Company



TOKYO, April 25, 2007 – Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. (headquarters: 9-7-3, Akasaka Minato-ku, Tokyo 107-0052, president Toshio Arima, capital: 20 billion yen) has announced today that at its Meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 25, 2007, that it will dissolve and liquidate its subsidiary company Fuji Xerox Office Supply Co., Ltd.
