Management Change Notification

Tokyo, Japan April 27, 2007 - Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. (headquarters: 9-7-3 Akasaka, Minato-ku Tokyo, president: Toshio Arima, capital: 20 billion yen) announced today that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 25, 2007, decided to appoint Tadahito Yamamoto, currently Executive Vice President and Representative Director of Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd, as President. In a related matter, Toshio Arima, currently President, will retire from his current position and become Director and Executive Advisor to the Board.
These appointments, along with other executive personnel matters, are scheduled to be officially approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors directly following the annual shareholders' meeting on June 26, 2007.
