Fuji Xerox Revises Price of Paper for
Copy Machines/Printers and
Reorganizes Recycled Paper Products

TOKYO, October 11, 2007 – Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. announces that it will revise the price of high-quality as well as recycled paper for copy machines/printers, raising 15 to 25 percent sequentially from November 1, 2007. At the same time, the company will reorganize its lineup of recycled paper products from December 2007.

The primary reasons for the price increase are the rise in the prices of raw fuel such as coal, crude oil and heavy oil, as well as woodchips and pulp, which are materials of paper. Placing its priority on a stable supply to customers, Fuji Xerox had been making self-reliant efforts to absorb the sharp increase in raw material costs, but the company needs to revise the paper prices as it is difficult to maintain the current condition without compromising supply.

In addition, Fuji Xerox will reorganize its lineup of recycled paper products amid increasing concerns over the domestic shortage of used paper, material of recycled paper. Fuji Xerox will therefore change the ratio of used paper pulp in its products and plans to gradually shift from existing to a new product lineup from December 2007.

Fuji Xerox continues providing its customers with high-quality paper for copy machines/printers.
