| The DocuColor 8000AP Digital Press achieved higher productivity with its ability to print at the same high speed of 80ppm (A4 long-edge feed) with paper of varied weights between 60～300g/m2, due to a newly developed fuser process (preceding DocuColor 8000 Digital Press’s print speed is 60ppm for paper above 136g/m2 and 40ppm for paper above 221g/m2). Thus, the digital print system meets a wider variety of print and media needs unique to on-demand printing for professional use, contributing to customers’ business expansion. |
| Two new high-performance print servers have been developed for the DocuColor 8000AP Digital Press. The PX8000AP Print Server features a sophisticated color management function to meet requirements in the professional-use market, while the EX Print Server realizes high-speed processing through efficient workflow and optimised RIP (Raster Image processing). Customers can choose a server that best fits their business operations and system environment. |
